Hi, thank you for your kind words! I’d be happy to help Sophie with her writing. In will create a simple writing plan for two weeks. I understand that she is above her average level, just by speaking with her, though at this stage I have no idea of her writing skills. The plan is not for her to have topics that are more interesting but it is for her to understand that -: knowledge expression, involving the use of symbols to convey thoughts, ideas, information, and emotions are key in writing. I’m looking forward to seeing her progress!

Alan老师，Maggie现在学的Wonder，我感觉她吸收有点慢，课堂上的句子和单词可能并没有全部领会（就是记住并运用的意思），想问问老师，现在的课程有必要学得更慢一点，或者有的地方学两遍吗？目前可能教学重点是拼读，所以不知道有没有必要让她记住单词和句子，需要课后复习来配合吗？

Wonder does bring the topics up again in later pages, as well as the words and letters. If you feel you want me to review the materials with Maggie, I can. If I notice we had a 'wall' where we aren't making progress, that is often a good time to go back and review. We will keep an eye on this in the future. Maggie does work hard and her reading is getting better.

We can certainly review the books if you want; Wonder will bring the words up in later pages to reinforce it, but sometimes it's good to do it again. When you book next time, just mention this, and we can review the topics again.
